Fran is a three-time founder and has spent the last decade building sustainability-focused companies across material science, hardware, and software platforms. She co-founded Necora because after three years working with data centre developers on the build side, it became clear that the bigger unsolved problem sits on the operations side, and that's the one with the clearest path to category-defining scale. At Necora, Fran leads the company end to end: the GTM motion into data center operators, the fundraising, and the strategic relationships that have already turned into signed POCs and MOUs across APAC, Europe, and the US.

Ina is a scientist by training and the technical architect behind 'PodIQ' - the Necora product solution. She began her career as a chemist running chemical analyses inside ISO 9001 and 14001 laboratory environments, where root cause analysis and corrective action protocols were daily discipline. Her work unites scientific rigor with the systems-level execution that critical infrastructure requires.

Pranav leads the development of deterministic, explainable AI systems designed to uncover root causes and enable reliable decision-making across complex, multi-system environments. Prior to Necora, Pranav worked across applied AI and machine learning roles. He is the founder of Prosh, an AI-native investment analyst platform for venture capital, and Baskets AI, an AI-native investing platform that builds personalized, self-adapting portfolios benchmarked against indices such as the S&P 500.

Amanpriet is a strategic, revenue-driven go-to-market leader with over twenty-five years of experience shaping growth for data centre, technology, infrastructure, and financial services sectors - Equinix, American Express, BlackBerry, Agilent Technologies, McCann Erickson, Siemens, as well as growth-stage ventures. She brings deep operator-side fluency to the GTM motion at Necora - brand, pipeline, and demand engine that takes the company's operational intelligence layer to data centre operators across APAC and globally.
